Enterprise Content Management Specialist

Purpose This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's content management systems, ensuring secure, accessible & compliant digital content management, and driving digital transformation through ECM technologies & best practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

Ensure the efficient management of digital content.

Configure and optimize ECM platforms, manage content workflows & ensure data integrity and security.

Train, support users, and perform regular system audits.

Stay abreast of the latest ECM trends and technologies & lead innovative ECM solutions to enhance the organization's information management capabilities.

Develop and deploy document management systems.

Implement records management tools and maintain collaboration tools.

Collect and analyze business requirements and workflows.

Lead implementation of strategies for content management and information sharing.

Tailor ECM applications to client needs and ensure security & accessibility.

Validate ECM compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Create system architecture documents and develop data models.

Write user guides and training materials for ECM.

Diagnose performance and functionality issues and resolve user experience problems.

Conduct training sessions and assist users in adopting ECM solutions & best market practices.

Assess system effectiveness, recommend, implement improvements and enhancements.

Research emerging ECM technologies and integrate new solutions & best practices into projects.

Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
