Overview

The main task of this role is to develop, implement and manage a change programme to ensure that new IT systems are integrated into the business. You will be responsible for integrating and communicating the plan to a diverse workforce whilst identifying any gaps and developing strategies to close any gaps identified.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage a change programme to ensure new IT systems are integrated into the business.

  • Identify gaps and develop strategies to close any identified gaps.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading Change or transformation of around 8-10 years, and have relevant transformation methodology and best practice process knowledge.
  • Ability to demonstrate facilitation skills and problem resolution along with ME experience.
  • Degree from an accredited western university.
