About the Role As Manager, Strategy and Business Planning you will :

Drive the development, monitoring and refinement of the company’s mid and long‑term strategic direction.

Oversee the creation and implementation of annual business plans aligned with corporate strategy.

Collaborate with Business Development, Operations and Support Services to refine value propositions for tenants.

Analyze market trends, regulatory landscapes and industry dynamics to enhance the facility’s attractiveness and competitiveness.

Manage performance monitoring systems to track progress in achieving strategic goals.

Lead financial analyses, scenario planning and risk assessments to ensure resilience and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive strategies to sustain competitive advantage in the media sector.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision‑making.

Facilitate strategic planning workshops with senior leadership.

Communicate MCQs strategy effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for incorporating digital tools into strategic planning processes.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background : A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field (master’s degree or MBA preferred).

Experience : At least 8 years in corporate strategy or business planning with 5 years in the media sector (e.g., TV studio production, broadcast facilities). Prior leadership experience is essential.

Skills : Strong analytical capabilities, strategic problem‑solving skills, team management experience, and excellent communication abilities.

Competencies : Proactive mindset, adaptability under pressure, cultural awareness of the MENA region, and integrity.
