As the Manager Strategy and Insights , you will support the Product Development and Design division by conducting research, analysis, and project coordination to inform product and customer experience initiatives. You will contribute to data collection, market intelligence, reporting, and implementation support, ensuring product development activities are aligned with divisional priorities, commercial viability, and customer expectations.

Some of the tasks include the following :

Strategic

• Conduct research and analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for product roadmaps and investment prioritization.
• Support the monitoring and reporting of divisional KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the preparation of frameworks and documentation for evaluating product initiatives based on feasibility, value, and impact.
