About the Role

As Manager, Strategy and Business Planning you will :

• Drive the development, monitoring and refinement of the company’s mid and long‑term strategic direction.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of annual business plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations and Support Services to refine value propositions for tenants.
• Analyze market trends, regulatory landscapes and industry dynamics to enhance the facility’s attractiveness and competitiveness.
• Manage performance monitoring systems to track progress in achieving strategic goals.
• Lead financial analyses, scenario planning and risk assessments to ensure resilience and business continuity.
