Play the lead role in ensuring the Vision and Values becomes part of the culture of the Drainage Networks Operations and Maintenance Department. Advise and support the management by providing expert technical, strategic and operational advice on all aspects of Asset Management within drainage networks O&M. Evaluate and recommend on Organization structure, policies, strategies, procedures and practices on Asset Management for the transformation of drainage networks O&M. Advise on improvements on risk management, operational output and performance within various Sections to ensure drainage networks O&M services objectives are achieved and sustained. Qualifications

A proven track record of Asset Management within wastewater operations & maintenance (O&M). Minimum of 30 years' post graduation experience. 10 years+ of working in the Wastewater Industry. 5 years working in an Operation and Maintenance organization. Have worked to international standards. Knowledge and Experience in Wastewater Industry. In depth knowledge of Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Contract Management or / and Financial Management. Knowledge of Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Control Procedures. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the organization. Self-motivated, team player, taking responsibility for self and team delivery to deadlines. Seniority level
