Responsibilities

• Play the lead role in ensuring the Vision and Values becomes part of the culture of the Drainage Networks Operations and Maintenance Department.
• Advise and support the management by providing expert technical, strategic and operational advice on all aspects of Asset Management within drainage networks O&M.
• Evaluate and recommend on Organization structure, policies, strategies, procedures and practices on Asset Management for the transformation of drainage networks O&M.
• Advise on improvements on risk management, operational output and performance within various Sections to ensure drainage networks O&M services objectives are achieved and sustained.
