School HR Coordinator – Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a School HR Coordinator to join Etqan Global Academy in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
• Preparing HR documentation including offers, contracts, and visa‑related paperwork.
• Supporting onboarding, off‑boarding, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
• Updating HR systems and trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Acting as a key point of contact for staff queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assisting with compliance checks, audits, and HR improvement initiatives.
