Mannai Energy is looking for an experienced Technical Buyer (Procurement Engineer) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. If you are skilled in procurement for MEP & FM services and have a strong technical background, we would love to hear from you!

Position Purpose : You will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to materials and services for MEP & FM Services, including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical materials, and associated spare parts.

Key Qualifications & Skills : Experience : Minimum 2 years in procurement for MEP & FM services Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction materials, technical specifications, and services Skills : Excellent procurement, communication, and negotiation skills Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of suppliers and manufacturers in the Facility Management and MEP sectors

Key Responsibilities : Procure equipment, materials, spares, and systems according to project quality and specifications Review offers and material / service requests to ensure alignment with site requirements and contractual scopes Procure materials and services in a timely manner and within the approved budget Conduct technical reviews of material submittals to ensure compliance with equipment schedules Perform market research to identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure the timely delivery of materials and systems to support installation works Maintain procurement processes that comply with company policies, focusing on time, cost, and quality Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure the company s reputation and credibility by handling all dealings fairly and ensuring prompt payments
