• Data Analysis & Insights
• Analyze performance across food, non-food, groceries, content, and services categories
• Identify growth opportunities, cost drivers, and user behavior trends
• Provide actionable insights to commercial and category managers
• SQL & Query Optimization
• Write clean, efficient SQL queries in BigQuery for large-scale data analysis
• Optimize existing queries and scripts for faster performance and reduced cost
• Dashboard Development
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for tracking KPIs like revenue, orders, retention, and fulfillment rates
• Automate weekly / monthly reporting for internal stakeholders
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Translate business needs into data solutions by working with marketing, growth, operations, and product teams
• Present insights and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Build recurring reports and support ad hoc analysis requests from the commercial team
• Track the performance of promotions, pricing changes, and new initiatives
• Data Validation & Quality
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different data sources and dashboards
• Flag data issues and work with engineering / BI teams for resolution
• Business Impact Analysis
• Evaluate the success of experiments or campaigns (e.g., discounts, new SKUs, service rollouts)
• Quantify impact on revenue, conversion, or user retention
