Job Responsibilities

Analyze performance across food, non-food, groceries, content, and services categories
Identify growth opportunities, cost drivers, and user behavior trends
Provide actionable insights to commercial and category managers
SQL & Query Optimization
Optimize existing queries and scripts for faster performance and reduced cost
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for tracking KPIs like revenue, orders, retention, and fulfillment rates
Automate weekly / monthly reporting for internal stakeholders
Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate business needs into data solutions by working with marketing, growth, operations, and product teams
Present insights and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Build recurring reports and support ad hoc analysis requests from the commercial team
Track the performance of promotions, pricing changes, and new initiatives
Data Validation & Quality
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different data sources and dashboards
Flag data issues and work with engineering / BI teams for resolution
Business Impact Analysis
Evaluate the success of experiments or campaigns (e.g., discounts, new SKUs, service rollouts)
Quantify impact on revenue, conversion, or user retention

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in analytics / business intelligence, in e-commerce, food delivery

Strong command of SQL in writing optimized queries for reporting (preference for BigQuery)

Experience in data visualization for reporting and dashboarding (preference for Tableau)

Experience in utilizing data to generate insights for business impact

Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills

Prior experience in fast paced or high-growth startup environments
