Overview

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Doha, Qatar for a Maintenance Method Data Analyst .

Responsibilities

• Live and encourage an Incident Free environment and mindset. Promote incident free values within the team and beyond.
• Provide support to the execution team (BaseOps, CPN / SD & FM) in backlog management.
• Update and develop Maintenance Processes.
• Suggest organizational changes (BaseOps, campaigns, shutdowns) or master data changes (periodicity, preventive task content) to improve Maintenance backlog.
• Follow up with execution teams on BaseOps Opportunities, Outages and ensure priorities are addressed.
• Review planning achievement against plan and efficiency against available manpower and propose improvements.
• Analyze KPIs issued from the Maintenance Management System.
• Regularly review and provide input into Preventative Maintenance Strategies to improve quality and optimize delivery.
• Ensure that the Maintenance and Inspection team have full visibility of all available workload and execution achieved.
• Ensure that weekly Maintenance and Inspection meetings regarding KPIs are updated and analyzed as required.
• Support SECE dashboard follow-up and reporting.
