Job Responsibility
Assist in the preparation of various dishes according to the menu
Help in developing new recipes and menu items
Supervise and train junior chefs in the kitchen
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
