• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize bar profitability.
• Engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Train and mentor the bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy fine dining setting.
• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar leadership role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment is required.
