A prestigious fine dining Japanese restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced and strategic Restaurant General Manager to lead its operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of Dubai’s hospitality market, guest spending habits, and the ability to plan and execute events and activations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including P&L management, team leadership, concept refinement, cost control, and directing marketing strategies to ensure the venue’s continued success.

• Take full ownership of the restaurant’s P&L, monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability while implementing effective cost-control measures.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, staff management, and cost control, along with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
