Buyer - E&I ( Saudi Arabia - Dammam ) for Cross country Pipe line Projects

Job Title : Buyer (Electrical & Instrumentation)

Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Employer Industry : EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)

Project Type : Cross Country Pipeline Projects (Oil and Gas Industry)

Experience : 4-8 Years

Salary : SAR 5,000 - SAR 6,000 per month (depends on the candidate's caliber and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials for cross-country pipeline projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors specializing in E& I products.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new suppliers.
• Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and forecasts.
