Hook-Up Manager

Position Title : HookUp Manager

Project : EPCOL (Engineering Procurement and Construction for Offshore and Pipelines)

Location : Office Qatar

Rotation : 91 / 16

Work Schedule : 6 days on / 1 day off

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning coordination and execution of offshore hookup activities.

Oversee the integration of new platforms and facilities with existing offshore infrastructure.

Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors during offshore execution.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning and marine teams to align hookup schedules.

Monitor progress and mitigate delays ensuring timely readiness for commissioning.

Participate in interface meetings and resolve technical or operational clashes.

Support risk assessments, method statements and readiness reviews.

Requirements

Minimum 1015 years experience in offshore oil & gas projects with strong exposure to hookup and commissioning activities.

Proven ability to manage large‑scale multiplatform integration projects in offshore environments.

Familiarity with brownfield works and offshore tie‑ins.

Strong leadership, coordination and problem‑solving skills.

Offshore survival and medical certifications as per QatarEnergy standards.
