Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

• Set an execution strategy at the start of the project and implement it throughout the project lifecycle
• Organize & manage the project team and suppliers
• Monitor progress in line with the project plan (scope, schedule and budget) until completion
• Ensure effective communication within the team for best coordination and motivation
• Take full accountability and control over project profitability (sales, margin & cash) including forecasting; ensure timely revenue recognition as per forecast; implement profitability improvement actions; satisfy entity and country expectations on sales, margin and cash collection
• Protect Schneider Electric interests within the frame of the contract until contractual obligations end
• Monitor, control & report project execution status, progress & KPIs; provide full & effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews, risk escalation reviews)
• Alert management about events impacting project performance or governance compliance and lead actions to address them
• Regularly assess risks and opportunities and implement actions to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities
• Develop customer intimacy (including end-user when applicable); drive all communication with customer and ensure high customer satisfaction to lay groundwork for future business
• Strategic approach to capture additional business linked to digital and Service as per company vision
• System-oriented mindset (Power, automation)
• Ensure project team and suppliers comply with Schneider-Electric processes, quality instructions, and governance principles; correct deviations or quality issues promptly
• Delegate sub-projects to PMs and coordinate
• Collaborate with Service teams to identify and address additional Service CAPEX and OPEX opportunities including cybersecurity services
• Contribute to PM Community of Practice and share lessons learned and best practices
• Monitor HSE policy compliance for all team members and subcontractors, especially for site activities and travel
• Manage cybersecurity risk and actions with all team members, customers and suppliers / service providers / sub-contractors

Act as mentor within the Application Center PM team
