Key Result Areas
- Deliver and manage assigned digital projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards to track project performance, adoption, and outcomes.
- Provide structured reporting into QF project governance forums.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed projects into operations.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital delivery projects using QF’s project management standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Translate project progress into BI dashboards and visual reports for senior leadership.
- Define KPIs for digital initiatives and ensure they are tracked and reported consistently.
- Integrate BI insights into project steering committee packs, governance reviews, and executive dashboards.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
- Coordinate with solution designers, data scientists, and adoption leads to ensure delivery quality.
- Conduct lessons learned and contribute to QFIT’s project and BI maturity.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Business Management. Master’s preferred.8–10 years of relevant full-time work experience in project management, 3 of which at a supervisory level.At least 3–5 years’ proven experience in BI reporting for large-scale IT / digital transformation projects.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management certification required. BI / analytics certifications (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) desirable.Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI preferred), project management software, and enterprise data platforms.Advanced in project governance, KPI development, dashboard design, and data storytelling.Strong ability to present complex BI insights to senior executives in a clear, concise format.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantageProficiency in MS Office applications#J-18808-Ljbffr
