Project Leadership

• Lead the overall planning execution and delivery of the office fit-out in accordance with project requirements, timelines and budget.
• Manage day-to-day project operations ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals and quality expectations.
• Supervise contractor performance across design validation, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout stages.
