Presales Engineer - Cyber Security

Job Overview
Provide presales technical support and service to customers, resellers, and end users. Work closely with vendors, business practice, and sales teams to develop and deliver compelling solution propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and provide customer BoQ / BoM as requested by sales staff and partners.
- Respond efficiently to RFPs / RFIs.
- Differ and position the company's value‑add propositions through presales engagement.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to end users on behalf of vendors / partners.
- Coordinate with sales staff to position products within reseller channels and ensure portfolio understanding.
- Build visibility with vendors and customers to create a competitive distribution advantage.
- Maintain competitive awareness of vendor products and technical product activity.
- Provide regular product knowledge updates (Tech Refresh) to partners.
- Assist with technology comparisons and product SWOT analysis.
- Conduct regular trainings and 1 : 1 enablement sessions for partners in the region.
- Maintain required vendor certification levels.
- Provide out‑of‑house and in‑house training as needed.
- Make reseller and end‑user visits to stay current on product requirements.
- Resolve questions, requests, and challenges promptly and courteously.
- Obtain and convey necessary information.
- Deliver superior customer service and maintain the company’s reputation.
- Follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction with products and support.
- Host weekly webinars for product enablement and tech refresh.
- Provide monthly reports / MBOs to the Director.
- Serve as a resource for product specifications and support area personnel.
- Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems.
- Attend and participate in weekly forecast meetings as requested.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.Cyber Security product certification.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Required Knowledge
Cyber Security domain experience.Field presales experience of 5+ years.Experience building BoQ / BoM based on customer requirements.5+ years in telecom, technology, or IT distribution.Skills & Abilities
