Bar Manager – Brasserie, Dubai

A stylish brasserie in Dubai is looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead its bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine pairings, and bar operations management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can train and manage a high-performing team, develop innovative beverage programs, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high hospitality standards. Develop and curate a unique cocktail menu, ensuring alignment with the brasserie’s concept and cuisine. Manage and optimize beverage inventory, stock control, and cost efficiency. Train and mentor the bartending team, ensuring expertise in mixology, beverage pairings, and service techniques. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a refined bar experience. Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant teams to create exceptional food and beverage pairings. Monitor and analyze bar revenue, costs, and performance metrics, ensuring profitability. Ensure compliance with local alcohol licensing laws and health & safety regulations. Introduce seasonal promotions, bar activations, and special events to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Minimum Requirements :

Previous experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a high-end brasserie, fine dining, or luxury hospitality venue is required. Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and classic cocktails. Excellent leadership, guest relations, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Arabic are a plus. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Salary & Benefits :
