Job Summary

To supervise and execute Alternative Assets assigned properties in order to ensure that all predictive and reactive maintenance are executed efficiently and effectively and meet all requirements and quality parameters, in accordance with the established policies and procedures. Supervise and comply to all Maintenance, Safety and Civil defence requirements related to facilities across all the properties of alternative assets. Key Accountabilities

Plan, supervise, and schedule the overall operations of the facilities including interior / exterior maintenance, cleaning, painting, equipment repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical works Supervise and ensure that preventive maintenance tasks by MEP / Electro-mech technical team are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency, and task lists, based on the best industry practices and standards Supervise the daily activities of MEP / Electro-mech technical team. Respond properly to all emergency or safety situation like fires, power failures, leaks, floods, etc. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and associated costs, Prepare required parts and equipment to be purchased Inspect, diagnose malfunctions, and plan repair methodology of all MEP equipment. Support any after-hours needs and activities as required Perform building inspections on assigned locations and produce observations reports to be logged in the CAFM system Maintain records, prepares reports, and compose correspondence relative to the works. Coordinate for Building Take Over from projects team and takeover all equipment manuals and drawings, warranties. Other Accountabilities

Supervise and Guide on ground technical and Cleaners team to carry out effective and efficient building maintenance. Ensure that waste and garbage are properly disposed Monitor and report on maintenance progress and budgets to the line manager as per the agreed timelines and reporting formats Monitor the work of external service providers on an ongoing basis and throughout the maintenance life cycle. Ensure thorough monitoring and control of the maintenance quality to secure the compliance with quality standards and meeting the stakeholders’ needs. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Prepare PPM summary progress reports with the maintenance status updates. Prepare the closing out report and lessons learned at the completion of each maintenance. Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products / services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed. Maintain up to date properties authorities approvals (QCD, MOI SSD, etc…). Key Competencies

Rigid facilities, maintenance background with a strong knowledge of Electromechanical and HVAC equipment’s. Ability to think laterally and provide creative solutions to deliver efficient maintenance and give strategic directions. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively. Ability to drive and achieve desired results within the defined time duration. Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment. Arabic speaking is a plus. Driving License is essential Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Preferred Certifications : FMP or CFM from IFMA IOSH or NEBOSH Required Experience :
