About the job 8.1.39 - FACILITIES SUPERVISOR (MECHANICAL) Education : Bachelor's degree in Electro-mechanical, mechanical, or building systems engineering, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications are a plus. Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintaining and overseeing maintenance of mechanical and lifting equipment such as elevators, escalators, BMUs, and dumbwaiters. Proven track record of successful maintenance coordination and contractor management. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of mechanical, and electronic systems related to lifting mechanical and lifting equipment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
