Responsibilities

Design, advise on and implement differentiated instruction customised to each SEND student's unique needs and strengths.

Utilise a variety of teaching methods, assistive technologies, and collaborative strategies to engage students and optimise learning.

Create a safe and inclusive classroom where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to participate.

Work closely with other teachers, specialists, leadership and families to ensure seamless support, reporting, tracking and progress for each student.

Advocate for your students, track their progress and celebrate their achievements, big and small.
