As a Business Coach, you will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments of clients' businesses and identify areas for improvement
• Develop customized action plans based on the specific needs of each client
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients through regular meetings and communication
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure clients are on track to achieve their goals
• Utilize various coaching techniques to motivate and inspire clients towards success
• Collaborate with other team members and share best practices to continuously improve our coaching services
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and new business strategies to provide the most relevant advice to clients

Requirements :
