Business Coach - English Speaking (Egyptian)

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will work with individuals and teams to provide guidance, support, and training in order to improve their performance and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct coaching sessions with clients to assess their needs and develop individualized coaching plans
• Provide guidance and support in areas such as leadership development, communication skills, time management, and goal setting
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for groups on various business topics
• Monitor progress of clients and adjust coaching plans as needed
• Collaborate with other coaches and team members to share best practices and resources
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant and effective coaching strategies
