Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations in all aspects of business development, including strategy, planning, operations, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify their needs and develop customized action plans
• Assist clients in setting realistic goals and creating actionable steps to achieve them
• Provide guidance on developing effective business strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial planning
• Offer support and advice on improving organizational processes and increasing efficiency
• Advise on marketing strategies to promote products or services and reach target audiences
• Help clients develop effective communication skills for networking and building relationships
• Monitor progress of clients' action plans and provide ongoing support and feedback
• Stay updated on current market trends and best practices in business development
