Procurement Coordinator – Snoomart (Q-Commerce, Dark Stores)

Overview

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for executing daily purchasing operations across Snoomart’s dark store network. This role ensures accurate and timely replenishment of stock, acts as the key operational link between suppliers and internal teams, and supports the Inventory Head in maintaining high availability and service levels across all categories. The role demands accuracy, speed, and strong coordination skills to meet the unique requirements of Q-Commerce.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Ordering & Replenishment

• Place and follow up on daily purchase orders across assigned categories (Fresh, Grocery, Personal Care, Home Care or Non- foods).
• Monitor stock levels in systems, flagging shortages, overstocks, and expiries to the Inventory Head.
• Ensure suppliers deliver correct quantities on time and to Snoomart’s quality standards.
