We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an English-speaking Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with organizing meetings and events
Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to legally work in Qatar
