Overview Office Assistant - Indian Nationals
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office assistant and must have their own visa in Qatar.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
Assist with correspondence and communication with clients
Schedule appointments and arrange meetings
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Manage phone calls and greet visitors
Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and billing
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
Indian national with valid visa in Qatar
Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
