Director - Commercial

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Commercial to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of a large project you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and overseeing all aspects of our business operations to ensure profitability. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead and mentor a highperforming team of commercial professionals Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities Oversee contract negotiations and manage key client relationships Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize business processes and drive efficiency Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team Manage budgets and financial performance of the commercial department Represent the company in industry events and foster strategic partnerships Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in all commercial activities Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 20 years of experience in commercial operations with a proven track record in senior leadership roles Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning financial management and business development Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring highperforming teams Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in contract negotiation and relationship management Indepth knowledge of commercial operations market trends and competitive landscape Experience working in international business environments Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions Strong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity in all business dealings About AECOM
