Asset Protection Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of events and situations referred to the department.
• Perform CCTV monitoring (online and on-demand evaluation of recordings).
• Coordinate personnel positioning for newly hired cashier / pharmacy aides and pharmacists when requested by Kulud Management.
• Send records of all examinations and cases to the appropriate authority and to the concerned department manager.
• Conduct surprise branch visits and perform cash discrepancy checks.
• Supervise the implementation of projects such as CCTV installation, GPS installations, and smoke alarm maintenance evaluations of specialists.
• Maintain CCTV systems, including routine checks across pharmacy branches; address maintenance issues and keep maintenance logs.
• Manage security at selected firm facilities, including IMC Shop and Kulud Shop.
• Review CCTV recordings for missing check-ins / outs of teams as required.
• Handle departmental admin requirements, maintain office tools and facilities.
• Perform other responsibilities as instructed by the CEO, DCEO and APM.
