Overview Cashier for Indian Nationals in Doha, Qatar

We are hiring a Cashier to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions and ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Your main duties will include scanning items, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome

Scan items and enter prices into the cash register

Process cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately

Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the store

Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling

Requirements

Indian nationality preferred

Fluency in English

Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role

Knowledge of basic math skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
