are rapidly expanding and are seeking and targeting experienced sales personnel who have a passion for fashion and sales. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for : Meeting and greeting visitors. Contributing to creating an ambiance appropriate to the prestige image of the store. Assisting customers and prospects with merchandise selection and purchase decisions. Maximising sales by advising customers on further purchases i.e.; complimentary outfits, accessories etc. Maximising sales by developing an effective client database and developing professional relationships. Ensuring the upkeep of staff client databases. Assisting in visual merchandising of the store. Ensuring security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sale process, i.e.; changing room, POS etc. Observing store procedures and guidelines for merchandise display and storage. Providing support and direction to less experienced members of staff. Conducting store orientation for new employees. Ensuring store procedures are observed by all staff in absence of store supervisor. Providing feedback and making recommendations to store supervisor in sales, merchandise, stockroom and customer issues. Assisting in composing weekly staffing schedule. Attending and contributing to regular team meetings and training. Carrying out tasks and assignments as directed by line manager. Suitable Candidates should have : Degree or significant experience in a related field. Minimum 1 year experience in Retail in the Middle East, ideally within medium to large organisation(s). Excellent communication skills. Good analytical and numerical skills. Due to visa restrictions, visas for the following nationalities are only available : Kenyan, Sri Lankan, Nepalese, Indian. Salary package on offer is 3000QR , all inclusive medical and flights will be provided.
