Overview RECEPTIONNIST / CASHIER

Responsibilities

Deal with money, credit rating or inspect deals with consumers, collect settlements.

Check food items and ensure high quality.

Verify prices are correct.

Issue modifications, receipts, refunds, or tickets.

Retrieve stamps and promo codes.

Count money in cash drawers at the start and end of shifts to ensure amounts are right and there is adequate change.

Make sales recommendations, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones.

Address client issues, guide customers, and provide pertinent information.

Bag products carefully.

Welcome clients when entering or leaving the facility.

Maintain clean and organized checkout locations.

Maintain records of transactions and load relevant ISO22000 paperwork with specific details (e.g., Dispatch sheet).

Process returns and check for product damage.

Resolve customer concerns and involve a supervisor if the response does not address the issue.

Bag, box, or wrap plans.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Operate the Point-of-Sale system and software, accept orders, and coordinate with kitchen staff to manage them.

Adhere to individual hygiene and food safety practices at all times.

Secret abilities

Job experience as a retail cashier, operator, or in a comparable sales role, ideally in F&B.

Standard PC skills, POS systems familiarity; understanding of POSist is a plus.

Familiarity with electronic tools like sales registers and POS.

Excellent math skills.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Customer-satisfaction oriented.

Energetic, dynamic, enjoys working with people, and is self-driven.

Qualifications

Experience : Cashier / Receptionist : 3 years (Required).

Language : English with complete confidence (Needed).

Salary : QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,750.00 monthly
