Process Engineering Lead

Qualifications & Experience

Education :

Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.

Industry Experience :

Minimum 15 years in process design for offshore platforms in Qatar.

Leadership Experience :

At least 3 years leading process design teams on large-scale offshore projects.

Key Competencies

Technical Expertise :

Deep knowledge of offshore process engineering, standards (API, ASME, SHELL, QP), and Qatar-specific regulations.

Design Optimization :

Skilled in developing innovative and practical process design solutions.

Software Proficiency :

Advanced user of HYSYS, FLARENET, PHAST, FLARESIM.

Communication & Leadership :

Strong English communication and team leadership skills; able to manage internal and client-facing coordination effectively.

Work Conditions

Base :

Office-based in West Bay, Qatar

Business Trips :

May include travel to Abu Dhabi, China, and Singapore

Rotation : 1 month annual leave

Contract Duration :

Annually renewable contract

Working Schedule :

5 days per week, 8 hours per day
