Senior Project Lead – Digital Business Solutions

Are you an experienced IT project leader ready to take on complex, high-impact initiatives in a dynamic Oil & Gas environment? Join our Digital Business Solutions (DBS) team and help shape the future of digital transformation in one of the most advanced operational contexts in the industry.

Reports to : Lead, DBS Programs

Responsibilities

Lead multiple medium-to-high complexity IT projects from initiation to closure.
Drive delivery on time, within scope and budget, ensuring quality at every stage.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and project resources with strong coordination and communication.
Support PMO governance and continuously enhance project management practices within DBS.
Partner with business and technical teams to deliver impactful digital solutions for operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Technology (Master’s / MBA preferred).

8+ years in IT, including 3+ years in project leadership.

Experience in Oil & Gas (minimum 5 years).

Proven project management and vendor management expertise.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
