In your position as Team Leader you will be part of our talented Engineering team who is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel’s facilities and equipment. Among your key job responsibilities will be to lead the Engineering associates in their daily activities to effectively maintain the building and to identify efficient and cost‑effective measures for continual improvement, supporting the overall advancement of the quality system.

Qualifications

Relevant educational degree

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests

International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments

Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow

Ability to work under pressure Excellent English
