We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our prestigious fine dining restaurant team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing cooking and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Maintain portion control and consistent presentation in line with menu specifications.
• Follow recipes accurately and contribute to the development of new menu items.
• Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, hygienic and organized at all times.
• Support in stock control receiving deliveries and minimizing wastage.
• Adhere strictly to food safety hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Take responsibility for assigned kitchen section during service in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
