Construction Litigation & Arbitration Senior Associate (5-9 PQE)

We seek a construction litigation & arbitration associate with 5-9 years post‑qualification experience to join a distinguished disputes team in Doha. The successful candidate will work on complex regional and international construction disputes, focusing on major infrastructure and energy projects across the MENA region and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle construction disputes through litigation, arbitration, and ADR mechanisms.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal memoranda.
• Manage document review and discovery processes.
• Assist in the preparation of arbitration proceedings under major institutional rules (ICC, QICCA, DIAC).
• Support senior lawyers in case strategy and client advisory.
• Work directly with clients, experts, and local counsel.
