Senior Contracts Engineer

Role Overview : The Senior Contracts Engineer is responsible for both pre-award and post-award contract administration for engineering and project-related contracts. The role supports major FEED and EPC projects, ensuring contracts are delivered in line with company policies, technical requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle : tendering, evaluation, award, change orders, claims, and contract close-out.
• Support project teams in developing contracting strategies for FEED and EPC projects.
• Review scopes of work (SOW) and contractor deliverables to ensure technical and contractual compliance.
• Prepare responses to variations, claims, and contractual communications.
• Provide guidance to internal departments on contract risks, governance, and best practices.
• Handle post-award dispute resolution and negotiation in line with company procedures.
• Administer Contract Work Orders (CWO) end-to-end, including tendering, evaluations, and execution support.
• Prepare contract performance reports and support audits and spend analysis.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply, Legal, Treasury, vendors, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
