We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our private clients, a prestigious family‑owned group based in Doha, Qatar , with diversified industries. As part of their continued development, they are seeking a high‑caliber legal professional to join their leadership team through the following role :

Position : Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance across the group to ensure compliance with Qatari laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, real estate, IP, franchise, and JV contracts.
• Establish legal standards and authority matrices to streamline legal operations and manage group‑wide risk.
• Manage legal relations with external law firms, regulatory bodies, and key government entities.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes , and proactively advise leadership on risk mitigation and operational impact.
• Support group‑level activities including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
• Handle dispute resolution in coordination with internal departments and litigation partners.
• Develop training programs for internal teams to ensure legal awareness and compliance.
• Maintain proper legal records and reporting systems across all group entities.
