Job descriptionwill discuss upon the interview Excellent communication skills in English and or Arabic (verbal and written) Customer service experience Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Positive attitude and willingness to learn Computer proficiency and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries is a plus Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Answer phone calls and emails from customers Provide information about products or services Resolve customer complaints and issues Process orders and returns Generate sales leads Build and maintain customer relationships Collect customer feedback Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support
