ERP Officer HR

REQUIRMENTS : -

Understands HR processes and ability to gather requirements for the system.

Must have an excellent functional understanding of HR, Payroll and SSHR

Must have strong understanding for the data model of at following : Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Oracle Time & Labor, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Recruitment, modules and the touch points between the modules in Oracle HRMS R12, preferably with version Oracle Certified Associate (OCA).

Certified Oracle 9i SQL

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

OTHER COMMENTS : -

Remuneration will not be constrain for the right candidate
