AV Pre Sales Engineer

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient AV Solutions Engineer to support our sales team in delivering high-quality audiovisual (AV) solutions. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, design AV systems, prepare technical proposals, documentation, and demos, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and client expectations. This role requires close collaboration with account managers, project teams, and clients to deliver technically sound and cost-effective solutions that drive successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Needs Analysis : Work with clients and sales teams to understand requirements, challenges, and objectives for AV and collaboration systems.
• System Design : Design and engineer AV systems, create system diagrams, and specify necessary hardware and software components.
• Technical Proposals & Demos : Prepare detailed technical proposals, design documentation, and conduct product demonstrations to present proposed solutions.
• Site Surveys : Perform on-site surveys to gather technical information and assess project environments.
• Collaboration & Communication : Partner with account executives, project managers, and internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Technical Documentation : Create design drawings, installation schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• RFP / RFx Response : Review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs accurately and on time.
• Solution Validation & Project Handoff : Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and support smooth transition to implementation.
