Job Description
As an Events Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between our clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth and successful event execution from concept to completion. You’ll manage logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination while maintaining a keen eye for detail and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and executionReports Directly to Sales and Events ManagerCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirementsDevelop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are metSource, negotiate, and manage vendors and suppliersConduct site visits and supervise event set-up and breakdownManage event budgets and ensure cost-effective executionPrepare post-event reports and client feedback summariesStay updated with industry trends and creative event conceptsQualifications
Bachelor9s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related fieldProven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role (2+ years preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressureProficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plusA creative mindset with attention to detailFemale Arabic Speaker PreferredMust be residing in Doha, Qatar - Can Join Immediately with Available NOC and Valid QID.The Employer
