Job Description

As an Events Coordinator, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal team, ensuring the successful planning and execution of events from start to finish. Your responsibilities include managing logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and maintaining high client satisfaction with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution
• Report directly to the Sales and Events Manager
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements
• Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and suppliers
• Conduct site visits and supervise event setup and breakdown
• Manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective execution
• Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovative event concepts
