Category Management Responsibilities
Assist Category Managers with product onboarding, SKU creation, and catalog management.
Ensure pricing, promotions, and product information are accurate and up to date across Rafeeq Mart platforms.
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to monitor stock availability and resolve fulfillment issues.
Generate and analyze POS and operational reports to track sales, stock movement, and category KPIs.
Maintain compliance with internal processes and ensure suppliers meet agreed SLAs for PO delivery.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience 1–3 years of experience in category operations, merchandising, e-commerce, or retail support.
Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting). Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce catalog management tools.
Analytical Skills Ability to analyze POS data, sales performance, and category KPIs.
Attention to Detail Ensuring accuracy in pricing, promotions, and product catalog updates.
Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving Ability to handle stock availability, order fulfillment, and supplier SLA compliance issues.
Teamwork Comfortable working cross-functionally with category managers, supply chain, and operations.
Adaptability Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
