We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Student Counsellor to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the futures of our students. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to ensure maximum ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience. Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry influencers, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our strategies. Requirements : Experience :

4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and team leadership. Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Technical Skills :

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Creativity :

Strong creative thinking skills and an ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Leadership :

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance. Analytical Skills :

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Communication :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences. Adaptability :
